Check-in: After 3:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM (late checkout must be approved in advance and may incur a fee) Occupancy & Visitors Maximum occupancy: 8 guests Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved in advance No parties, events, or large gatherings Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM Please be respectful of neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a minimum Smoking No smoking or vaping inside the home Evidence of smoking indoors may result in additional cleaning fees Pets Pets must be approved in advance Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture Cleanliness & Care Please remove muddy or wet shoes when entering the home Do not use bath towels for makeup removal or cleaning spills Report any damage or issues immediately so we can address them Parking Please park only in designated driveway areas Do not block sidewalks or neighboring driveways Safety No open flames or candles inside the home Do not move furniture between rooms Guests use outdoor areas and amenities at their own risk If it is snowing, do not park on the street or you will most likely get a ticket!
